Samantha is also an accredited civil, commercial and workplace mediator.

A Chartered Valuation Surveyor with 45 years’ experience in commercial property transactions and finance. Stephen’s career has included groundbreaking projects and industry initiatives such as chairing the leading real estate data standards body and pioneering the use of trading data to evaluate food retail investments.
Board level experience of software, telecommunications and not-for-profit companies as well as real estate means that he brings a wealth of knowledge to IREDD.

Graham has over 30 years experience as a property and construction insurance broker. Formerly a director of two leading City broking firms, he principally advises construction clients and funding institutions on managing and transferring project risk. He is actively involved in the development of Integrated Project Insurance (IPI), a new collaborative construction procurement model promoted by HM Government.
Graham is a member of the Society of Construction Law, the Chartered Insurance Institute.
