Formerly a director of two leading City broking firms, he principally advises construction clients and funding institutions on managing and transferring project risk. He is actively involved in the development of Integrated Project Insurance (IPI), a new collaborative construction procurement model promoted by HM Government.
Graham is a member of the Society of Construction Law, the Chartered Insurance Institute.
