Robert has over 25 years experience of working as a solicitor and partner in City legal firms with particular expertise in real estate and real estate finance transactions prior to co-founding IREDD with Moz Gamble.
Robert is chair of the British Property Federation Insurance Working Committee. Robert also chairs the Property & Finance Group and is a member of the Ex Co of the Singapore Business Group.
Moz practised for several years as a property and litigation lawyer in Australia's largest law firm before relocating to the UK more than fifteen years ago.
Moz worked with First Title plc prior to co-founding IREDD with Robert McNally in 2010 and since that time has established a leading reputation in the legal indemnities marketplace while maintaining a keen interest in all things musical.

Graham has over 30 years experience as a property and construction insurance broker. Formerly a director of two leading City broking firms, he principally advises construction clients and funding institutions on managing and transferring project risk. He is actively involved in the development of Integrated Project Insurance (IPI), a new collaborative construction procurement model promoted by HM Government, currently being successfully trialled by the construction industry.
Graham is a member of the Society of Construction Law, the Chartered Insurance Institute and currently acts as Chairman of a privately – funded housing association.
Samantha has over 7 years experience working in the insurance industry, specialising in legal indemnities for Lloyd’s and Company markets, in both underwriting and senior strategic development roles.
Samantha has extensive experience in working with some of the largest UK developers and legal real estate teams to create leading insurance solutions to facilitate risk transfer.
Samantha is also an accredited civil, commercial and workplace mediator.
A Chartered Valuation Surveyor with 45 years’ experience in commercial property transactions and finance. Stephen’s career has included groundbreaking projects and industry initiatives such as chairing the leading real estate data standards body and pioneering the use of trading data to evaluate food retail investments.
Stephen has given presentations to conferences in the UK and the US advocating the adoption of new systems and tools to improve liquidity. Board level experience of software, telecommunications and not-for-profit companies as well as real estate means that he brings a wealth of knowledge to IREDD.
